WHAT IS HOLOGRAPHIC REPATTERNING?

Holographic Repatterning is a healing technique. The purpose of Holographic Repatterning is to bring the true inner self to the surface so that we can consciously choose who we are each minute of every day.

Consider this...We are all made up of frequencies. We are made up of positive and negative frequencies. Our discomfort is when the negative frequencies determine our life. What if we could just change that frequency that is causing distress or dissonance?

What if we could just change a frequency with the name of "anger with my father" to a frequency called "acceptance of who my father is" whatever that acceptance may be or entail. What if we could change that negative, energy-draining frequency and live who we are in the present?

HOW DOES HOLOGRAHIC REPATTERNING WORK?

With Holographic Repatterning you can shift negative frequencies within you through a system of questions and answers and healing modalities. The questions and answers identify the negative beliefs and patterns a person has been operating from throughout his or her life. The client is assisted through Guidance and Intuitive Counseling to pinpoint their most relevant issues.

The practitioner uses a method of "muscle checking" to connect with the client's subconscious mind and their inner guides. Muscle checking is a method that tells if the client is operating from negative or positive frequencies. When the negative frequencies are identified the practitioner then uses a variety of healing modalities to shift the client off of the negative frequencies on to positive frequencies. It is a gentle and positive way to initiate change.

Many of us strive to be closer and closer in relationship with our true nature. We read self-help books, find teachers, gurus, therapists and watch ourselves a lot, We learn so much.
